7 Series MIG 1.1, available with ISE 13.1 software, allows memory frequency selections above the supported specifications.

Solution

To view the supported maximum specifications, see the appropriate DC and Switching Characteristics Data Sheet available in the 7 Series Documentation Center.When generating a 7 Series MIG design, ensure the frequency entered through the tool adheres to the specification listed in the data sheet.

Starting with 7 Series MIG 1.2, to be released with ISE 13.2 software, the frequency option will reflect the numbers in the DC and Switching Characteristics Data Sheets.
