7-Series - Incorrect VCCAUX and VCCAUX_IO voltage in pad report

In the 7-Series FPGAs, VCCAUX is 1.8v and the VCCAUX_IO is either 1.8V or 2.0V.

The VCCAUX_IO supply rail is only present in the HP (high preformance) I/O banks for specific device/package combinations.

The device data sheet lists what interface/speed combinations and the VCCAUX_IO voltage they require.

In 13.1, the pad report (or CSV file) incorrectly lists both VCCAUX and VCCAUX_IO as 2.5V.

This is a bug in the software and is to be fixed in a later version of software.
