What power supply rail powers up dedicated pins, including JTAGand configuration pins (MODE pins)?

All dedicated configuration I/Os are powered by VCC_CONFIG (VCCO0). These include dedicated configuration I/Os and JTAG signals. Please refer tonote 1 ofthe table titled "7 series FPGA Pin Definition" in ug475.
