AR# 41808 iMPACT 13.x - Parallel Cable IV Speed Cannot Be Modified

Solution

With theiMPACT 13.1 and 12.4 software, I cannot change the default Cable IV speed (5 MHz) to another one. A window pops up and displays:

"Error when locating the port!"

The iMPACT 10.x and 11.x software does not have this issue. With the 13.1 or 12.4 software, you can use a USB cable,instead, if you need to work with a lower download speed.
