13.1 Project Navigator - "Go to Source" results in "ERROR:ProjectMgmt:387 - TOE: ITclInterp::ExecuteCmd gave Tcl result 'invalid command name "0"'

I receive an error or warning message while synthesizing my design and want to open the source file associated with the message. To do this, I either double-click on the message or right-click and select "Go to Source."When I do this, the following error message occursin the console:

"ERROR:ProjectMgmt:387 - TOE: ITclInterp::ExecuteCmd gave Tcl result 'invalid command name "0"'.
Tcl_ErrnoId: unknown error
Tcl_ErrnoMsg: No error
_cmd: ::xilinx::Dpm::dpm_chDUEditOperation $piThisInterface
errorInfo: invalid command name "0" while executing "$iDUInst GetDesign iDesign "("uplevel" body line 1)
invoked from within "uplevel $sBody " (procedure "dpm_returnOnFail" line 2)
invoked from within "dpm_returnOnFail { $iDUInst GetDesign iDesign }" (procedure "::xilinx::Dpm::dpm_chDUEditOperation" line 13)
invoked from within "::xilinx::Dpm::dpm_chDUEditOperation $piThisInterface""

I know that my custom editor is correctly referenced in the Project Navigator preferences because I can successfully open an HDL source by double-clicking on the source in the Design Hierarchy window.

The error occurs in Project Navigator 13.1when attempting to use the "Go to Source" option from the console, Warnings or Error tabs and a Custom Editor is selected in the Project Navigator preferences.

To work around this problem, open the designated source file from the Design Hierarchy window and navigate to the designated line number.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in ISE Design Suite 13.2.
