AR# 42627 7 Series Integrated Wrapper for Logicore OBSAI - Port Changes in GTXE2_Common wrapper to be released in ISE 13.2

Description

Customers using ISE13.1 software version should be aware that the port list in 7 Series FPGAs Transceivers Wizard v1.4 released with the ISE Design Suite13.2 software has been modified and users need to update their instantiations to account for these port changes.

Solution

To work aroundthis issue, you must change the GTXE2 modules.

GTXE2_CHANNEL Module

1. Go to the gtx_wrapper_gt.vhd file in the <core_name>\example_design\gtx_and_clocks\gtx directory.

2. Change line 281 in the gtx_wrapper_gt.vhd file as follows:

Change:

'CPLL_RXOUT_DIV'

To:

'RXOUT_DIV'

3. Change line 282 in the gtx_wrapper_gt.vhd file as follows:

Change:

'CPLL_TXOUT_DIV'
To:

'TXOUT_DIV'
