Description

Virtex-7 485T designs that arerun through implementation in the 13.2 ISE Design Suite might encounterrouting errors.This issue is fixed in ISE Design Suite 13.3.

Solution

It is strongly recommended that users of the Virtex-7 485T Initial ES devices upgrade to the latest software.Beginning in ISE Design Suite 13.3,this issue isfixedand no patch is required.
