The RXBUFRESET for the GTH in the Aurora 64b/66b core is routed from the TX clock domain to the RX clock domain. The current way of synchronisation between the 2 clock domains can cause the pulse to be lost.
The value for the attributeBUFFER_CONFIG_LANEx configures for automatic operation, but it should be configured for manual operation.
