I have purchased product(s) from Xilinx, but I do not see them when I log in to the Xilinx Product Licensing Site.
If you do not see the desired products in your Xilinx Product License Center account it might be due to one of the following reasons:
Your product will not appear in the product license center until the order has been processed by Xilinx. Once your Distributor submits the order to Xilinx, your order will be processed within 48 hours.
You are not the administrator listed as the "Ship To" contact on the purchase order Xilinx received. For information on what to do if you are not the administrator, please see (Xilinx Answer 44016)
The email address you are signing in with does not match the email address provided on the purchase order Xilinx received.
You or someone else has already generated a license for the product. Check the Manage Licenses tab to see what licenses have been generated for this account.
You might have multiple licensing accounts and the product you are looking for is located in a different account. Use the pull down menu under the "Account Name" to select a different account.
