If I suspect a hardware problem with my Xilinx Development Board, or the Board I have been shipped does not match what I ordered, what are the next steps?
Should I request an RMA for my Xilinx Development Board?
Loaner boards or cables not originally purchased or never officially for sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return a board or cable purchased through normal distribution channels, contact the authorized distributor who originally sold you the product.
To return a board or cable purchased directly from Xilinx, please log into the RMA Portal to submit a request.
Please note that if you are opening an Electrical Failure RMA for a Xilinx Development Board or Kit, a WebCase with Xilinx Technical Support is required. The problem is first debugged through the WebCase before the RMA can proceed through the RMA Portal. You will need the WebCase number for reference when opening the Electrical Failure RMA in the RMA Portal.
