iMPACT - Indirect programming fails when an AES encryption key stored in eFuse is used

I am trying to run indirect programming on an external Flash but programming fails in iMPACT. Why?

This is caused when Encryption is set to always use the AES key stored in eFuse. If this fuse value is programmed, thenthe FPGA can only be configured using the AES key stored in the eFUSE KEY register; since the .cor files are not encrypted, indirect programming will fail. There is no way to work around this in iMPACT. The flash needs to be programmed prior to this bit being set, or pre-programmed before mounting on the board.
