I have gone through a full board debug with Xilinx Tech Support, and it is concluded that I have a faulty board/cable.
I am part of the XUP (Xilinx University Program) and wish to return the board.
What is the next step? Can I go through the regular RMA process?
Yes. If the Xilinx board is within warranty, then you can request to RMA it like any other board through the RMA portal.
Xilinx Service Portal:
Xilinx Warranty Page:
If the board is out of warranty, then you will need to contact the XUP program directly, request a new board and see if the request is granted.
