If CORE Generator is being run from a symbolic linked install area, or the CORE Generator project is referenced through symbolic link, generation of most IP cores will fail.
The root cause appears to be the fact that the Tcl "file copy" does not resolve symbolic links, but copies the link. Then, subsequent operations on the 'file' (which is a link) may fail with permission problems, andso on.
