PlanAhead - Tcl vwait command blocks CTRL-C interruption

The Tcl "vwait" command does not allow you to execute Windows interruption with the CTRL-C combination key.

The Tcl flow in the PlanAhead tool allows for the CTRL-C combination to halt scripts after any given Tcl command has completed. However, the "vwait" is a native Tcl command that halts execution indefinitely without completing the command. Any user who incorporates this command should be very careful to prevent this situation.

However, CTRL-C does halt scripts after any other Tcl command is completed.
