Note:

1. All versions of the wizard that supports Initial ES or General ES silicon for the 7 Series FPGA GTX/GTH/GTP transceivers are available in ISE and not in Vivado 2013.1 or later.

2. If there are multiple versions of the wizard supporting a particular silicon revision in a given tool version, it is recommended to use the latest wizard version so all the latest updates/changes are included.
