AR# 47095 ChipScope Pro Analyzer - Kintex-7 CSE internal error partial reconfiguration

Description

ChipScope Pro Analyzer for Kintex-7 FPGA produces an error when the Partial Reconfiguration Bitstream option is selected and a partial bit file is loaded to the Kintex-7 device. This will produce an error message similar to the one given below:

ERROR: Cse internal error.
ERROR: Configuration failed.

Solution

This is a known issue. At the current time, loading partial bit files in ChipScope Analyzer will not work for Kintex-7 devices. Load these partial bit files using theiMPACT tool instead.
