Ifyou specifyC:\Xilinx\14.1 as the destination directory during installation, the Uninstaller does not remove all installed folders. This issue arises only when "14.1" is specified as the target folder. All other target folder names (including the default folder) will work properly.
To work aroundthis issue, do notinstall to C:\Xilinx\14.1. If you have already done so, you will need to manually remove the directory.
