MIG 7 Series should support these as both 1.5V and 1.35V parts. Users can target these as a 1.5V part by creating a custom memory part in the MIG GUI.
When creating a custom memory part, be sure to choosea 1.5V part as your "base part," and then manually enter the timing specifications for your memory part, which can be taken out of the memory vendor's data sheet.
