AR# 50976 2012.2 Vivado Install - Vivado entry is not created in Start menu or program group on Windows 32-bit

Description

If installing Xilinx Design Tools on a 32-bit Windows machine, the Vivado tool is not being created in the Start menu or program group.

Solution


Use the 2012.2 desktop icons to launch the Vivado tool.

Alternatively, create a program group entry for the Vivado tool using the desktop icon. To copy from your desktop, right-click the Vivado tool icon and drag it to where you want to create the Start menu or program group. Then, release the right mouse button and select Copy.
