Artix-7 A100T and A200T devices show the wrong line rate when bank 216 is used. Bank 216 shows 800 Mb/s, when the design specifies it should be 5.0 Gb/s.
Solution
When an Artix-7 A100T or A200T device is set up such that bank 216 is used with 5.0 Gb/s and a 100MHz Ref clock, 200MHz sysclk, the line rate in analyzer shows 800 Mb/s.
