AR# 52040 IBERT - EyeScan not supported with 20 and 40-bit RX internal datawidth in 7 series GTH (GES Silicon)

Description

EyeScan results are not in agreement with BER test results when the RX bus is 20 or 40-bit.

Solution

In early silicon, EyeScan is only supported with 16 and 32-bit bus width. The issue has been fixed in Production Silicon.
