AR# 52782 14.3 - ChipScope crashes when reprogramming with "Clean previous project setting" selected.

Description

When programming a device with a new .bit file and the Clean previous project setting option selected, ChipScope analyzer fails with the following error.

ERROR: Internal error while doing action:Configure....
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 6

Solution

This is a known issue and will be fixed in the a future release of the tools. The workaround is to de-select Clean previous project settings whenprogramming with a .bit file containing ChipScope analyzer.
