After upgrading an IP core, Vivado tool reports that Synthesis is Out-of-date. Then, if I try to open the synthesized design, I get a dialog box saying that the Synthesis is Out-of-date. This is expected.
However, if I press the Run Synthesis button in the Synthesis is Out-of-date dialog box, Vivado opens the out-of-date design instead of running synthesis.
