LogiCORE IP Tri-Mode Ethernet MAC v4.6 - Multiple pause frame requests can result in a corrupted pause quanta being output

When using the Tri-Mode Ethernet MAC v4.6 and earlier, it is possible for the pause quanta in a transmitted pause frame to become corrupted when requesting back to back pause frames.

The upper 8 bits of previous pause value and lower 8 bits of the current pause value can incorrectly be sent together for the pause quanta in the same transmitted pause frame.

This issue has been resolved in the v4.6rev2 patch available for download in (Xilinx Answer 47694).

If using the v5.x Tri-Mode Ethernet MAC core, see (Xilinx Answer 53360).
