Version Resolved and other Known Issues: See (Xilinx Answer 45723).

When generating Virtex-6 Integrated Block for PCI Express v2.5 core with Extended Capabilities DSN and VSEC enabled, the generated wrapper has incorrect VSEC_BASE_PTR value.
