The MIG 7 Series tool incorrectly shows the maximum frequency for the MT41K512M8THD-15E dual rank part as 667MHz. This is incorrect, the maximum supported frequency for this part is 533MHz.

Solution

While the MIG 7 Series incorrectly allows frequencies above 533MHz, you should ensure the core is not generated above 533MHz.

This issue will be resolved in the next release of MIG.
