AR# 55079 RXAUI v3.0 - 2013.1 - Debug Interface

Description

To aid in debugging, the RXAUI v3.0 core has been redesigned to bring transceiver debug ports to the top level as a debug output bus for connection to an external processor or other logic. Debug signals have also been tagged with the MARK_DEBUG attribute for ease in adding signals to the Vivado Lab Tools for hardware debug and analysis.
