14.7 XPS - interp create doesn't work with xps -nw


When using the "interp create " command with  xps -nw, the following error is received:

XPS% interp create
Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories:
    C:/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/ISE/lib/lib/tcl8.4 C:/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/EDK/bin/nt64/
lib/tcl8.4 C:/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/EDK/bin/lib/tcl8.4 C:/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/EDK/bi
n/nt64/library C:/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/EDK/bin/library C:/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/EDK/b

How can I work around the issue?



The init.tcl file is found in the directory below:




You can copy this file to any of the folders mentioned in the error and that should resolve the issue.

A folder structure will need to be created if it does not exist. 

This is a windows only issue and  does not affect Linux installs.
