2014.2 Petalinux - PCIe interrupt info missing from the device tree

When I build a PCIe system none of the interrupt information is in the PCIe node of the device tree and the subsystem does not work.

Why is this information missing from the Device Tree?

The interrupt ID cannot be generated properly because the interrupt is connected to the external port and is fed back to another external port before it is connected to the PS interrupt.

PCIE interrupt -> external port1
external port2 -> PS7 interrupt

There is no board level information about the external port1 being fed back into external port2.

As a result, the device tree generator is not able to detect the interrupt ID

This information should be added to the device tree manually.
