Ultrascale GTH/GTY SATA COMINIT/COMAWAKE burst numbers are higher by 1


In Vivado 2014.4 and earlier, the UltraScale FPGA Transceivers Wizard sets  "Number of bursts in a COM sequence for SATA" to 6 which results in 7 bursts on hardware.
The SATA specification requires only 6 bursts. 

This settings can result in linkup failure on the RX side. 


The "Number of bursts in a COM sequence for SATA" settings in the wizard corresponds to N+1 number of bursts in the COM sequence.
The default value of 6 results in 7 bursts on hardware.

Table 3-40 of Transceivers User Guide UG576 and UG578 will be updated to reflect the above change.

The Vivado 2015.1 UltraScale Transceivers Wizard will set "Number of bursts in a COM sequence for SATA" to 5.
