MIG 7 Series LPDDR2 - does MIG support Automotive Mobile LPDDR2 devices?

Description

The MIG 7 Series part selection does not include any Automotive Mobile LPDDR2 parts by default.

Can I create a custom memory part to target an Automotive Mobile LPDDR2 device?

Solution

The only difference between Automotive LPDDR2 and Mobile LPDDR2 devices is that the package is Automotive certified.

As a result, there is no problem with creating a custom part targeting the MT42L128M32 in MIG.
