UltraScale DDR3 - 1.35V voltage not selectable during IP customization after inputting this voltage in the Custom Part spreadsheet

DDR3 UltraScale supports both 1.35V and 1.5V SDRAM parts.

The supported frequency range is different for 1.35V and 1.5V parts.

When a Custom Part spreadsheet is uploaded during IP customization which passes 1.35V as the I/O Voltage, the option to select 1.35V will only be visible in the Voltage drop down when the frequency is set low enough to support DDR3L.

When only 1.5V is visible, decrease the frequency as per the maximum supported data rate for DDR3L and the target FPGA.

A tooltip will be added to the IP Customization tool in a future release to add clarification.
