2015.4 Vivado IP Flows - Creating an example design for the GT Wizard IP instance gives: [Common 17-69] Command failed: ERROR:HACGExampleFork: Invalid script name specified

I have a Managed IP project with a GT Wizard IP core.

When I try to generate an example design for this IP core, I receive the following:

[Common 17-69] Command failed: ERROR:HACGExampleFork: Invalid script name specified.

Additionally, when choosing a directory for the example directory, if the core is called gtwizard_ultrascale_0 and you choose the same directory name, on re-opening the IP project the following warning is issued:

CRITICAL WARNING: [Project 1-635] The core container source file 'C:/test/gtwizard_ultrascale_0.xcix' is sitting next to the IP directory 'C:/test/gtwizard_ultrascale_0'.
This configuration is not supported and will lead to unexpected behavior. The project will be opened as read-only. To resolve the issue, please move aside the IP directory and reopen the project.

The open_example_project command is not checking for a conflict between the core container file in parallel with a target directory path of the same named. This is scheduled to be fixed in Vivado 2016.1.

Changing the IP core to not use Core Container resolves the issue. To disable Core Container for the IP Core, right click the IP core and select Disable Core Container.
