After registering for the Service Portal, when I click on the login button I am presented with a screen to verify my information.
When I click on "Next", I see a screen that says "Access already approved". Clicking on the login link again sends me through the same loop.
Activation of your Service Portal account can take 5-10 minutes. If you attempt to log in but the account is not yet activated, you will encounter this issue.
If the issue persists, please log out, clear your browser cache, close all browser windows, and then try to log in again.
If after clearing your browser cache the issue is still not resolved, please try accessing the Service Portal via the following URL:
