10.1 ISE - The Refresh button does not update the Language Templates window with IP core templates

If the Language Templates window is open when I add CORE Generator modules to my project, the Language Template window does not update, and the new modules are not visible under the CORE Generator/<HDL language>Component Instantiation. If I select View -> Refresh, the template is not updated.

To update the window, close and re-open the language template.
