The "BANK" signal on the 64-, 256-, and 1024-point FFTs controls the swapping between the first two memory banks (RAM X and RAM Y) for the TMS configuration. Which RAM's outputs (DOB(15:0)_imag,DOB(15:0)_real) should be connected to the FFT when the host is performing a write operation to RAM X?

Solution

The DOB outputs of RAM Y should be connected to the FFT core inputs when a write operation is being performed on RAM X. The host has exclusive access to RAM X during this time.
