Creating New Partitions
Creates a new Partition for an instance or top level module and can be applied to any instance in the Hierarchy pane of the Design panel.
To Create a New Partition
  1.  Create a new Partition by right-clicking an instance in the Hierarchy pane of the Design panel and selecting New Partition.
Creates a new Partition.
