Opening and Closing Files
You can open and close files as follows.
To Open a File
  1.  Select File > Open, or click the Open toolbar button Image.
  2.  In the Open dialog box, select a file.
  3.  Click Open.
To Open a Recent File
Select File > Recent Files > Filename or File > Filename, depending on your operating system.
To Close a File
  1.  Select a file.
  2.  Select File > Close.
Note If changes to the file have not been saved, you are prompted to save the file before closing.
