Use this dialog box to specify general settings for the Console panel.
To access this dialog box, select
Edit > Preferences, and click the
Console category in
the Preferences dialog box.
- Font and Colors
Click the Font button to change the
font, font style, and font size. A standard font selection dialog
box opens and allows you to preview and set a new font.
Click
the Color button to change the hyperlinks to
another color. A standard color selection dialog box opens and allows
you to select a new color. By default, hyperlinks are underlined blue
text.
- Show hyperlinks
Specifies whether to show hyperlinks for errors or warnings
in the Console panel. By default, a hyperlink is a blue link that
provides information about errors or warnings, either through a link
to Answer Records on the Xilinx® website, or through a link to the
line of code in a design file that is the source of the error. The
hyperlinks aid in troubleshooting errors or warnings.
- Wrap text to window
Specifies whether to wrap the text to the size of the Console
panel. By default, text is not wrapped in the Console panel.
