In the Tcl Console panel in the Transcript window, you can enter standard and Xilinx®-provided Tcl commands. The Tcl commands provided by Xilinx include the following:

Output, warning, and error messages associated with the commands and with the processes that the commands invoke are displayed in the Tcl Console panel as well as the Console panel. In the Console panel, you can use right-click commands to select, copy, paste, and save the commands entered in the Tcl Console panel. By default, the Tcl Console panel is not displayed. To show this panel, select View > Panels > Tcl Console.
