Ann Minooka joined Xilinx in January 2020, to lead the company’s global corporate marketing and communications function. Her role includes spearheading Xilinx’s transformation as the leader in adaptive computing, overseeing communications, brand, and company-wide marketing alignment, as well as building a low-touch demand creation infrastructure to expand customer reach and to improve customer experience.
As an experienced marketing executive in the semiconductor industry, Minooka brings an excellent track record of results across corporate branding, executive communications, M&A communications, and integrated marketing. Prior to joining Xilinx, she was vice president of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Cypress Semiconductor. She has also held leadership positions at Synaptics and LSI.
Minooka holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration, both from Boston University.
