Product Description
The Virtual Input/Output (VIO) with AXIS Interface IP is a configurable core that can monitor and drive internal signals within a design. This allows user to implement a virtual input stimulus and output probe within a design to expand debug capabilities at runtime.
The VIO IP has a dedicated AXIS interface for connection to a debug master interface or core (such as Debug Hub) for software communication and control/status management.
