*Obsolete* - Dup to soln 12708 : 5.1i iMPACT - File name extensions with upper-case letters are not recognized

Keywords: iMPACT, extensions, file, upper, lower, case

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
When iMPACT is looking for programming (and other) files, if a file extension has upper-case letters in it, iMPACT does not detect it in the file selection dialog.

For instance, "test.JED" is not recognized when iMPACT looks for CPLD JEDEC files.

Make sure all file extensions are written in lower-case letters. (The file description field can have upper-case letters, such as "TEST.jed".)

This limitation is fixed in 6.1i iMPACT.
