*Obsolete* 4.1i iMPACT - PROM Usercode always set to "ffffffff" for an XC18V01SO20 in Windows ME

Keywords: 18V01SO20, usercode, Windows ME

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
For the 18V01SO20 PROM, when the usercode is programmed with the user array (i.e., the regular PROM data), iMPACT reports that the programming was successful; however, the usercode is always read back as "0xFFFFFFFF" when iMPACT is used in Windows ME.

When programming the usercode, select the "Skip User Array" option. Then, further reads of the usercode will be successful.
