XC9500 IBIS Models - How do I interpret "IO_xx" model names?

Description

In the XC9500 IBIS files, models are named "IO_00", "IO_01", etc. How does this correspond to output voltage and slew rate?

Solution

The first number after "IO" corresponds to slew rate; the second corresponds to output voltage.

The following is from the XC9500XV IBIS file:

SLW=0 - fast slew rate

SLW=1 - slow slew rate

VIO=2 - 1.8V Vddio

VIO=1 - 2.5V Vddio

VIO=0 - 3.3V Vddio

[Pin]....signal_name.....model_name

io_0.....io_0.................IO_00

io_1.....io_1.................IO_01

io_2.....io_2.................IO_10

io_3.....io_3.................IO_11

io_4.....io_4.................IO_02

io_5.....io_5.................IO_12
