4.1i XDL - Config string generated by "xdl -ncd2xdl" only lists one route-thru when more may exist.

Description

Keywords: replicate, duplicate, flop, register, FF, sync, asynchronous, XDL, route-thru, routethru

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
When XDL is run with the "-ncd2xdl" switch to generate a netlist description of an NCD, the resulting netlist only contains one route-thru listed in a CLB/Slice configuration string, even in cases where multiple route-thrus existed in the CLB/Slice.
