General - How do I transfer my file securely to Xilinx Technical Support (EZMove)?


I opened a case with Xilinx Technical Support and need to send a file to the Technical Support engineer securely. How do I do this?


If you need to send a file securely, or if the file is >5 MB and cannot be attached to the WebCase or sent over e-mail, contact the Technical Support engineer that you are working with and ask them to set up an EZMove file transfer for you. The Technical Support engineer will set up the secured area for you and an e-mail will be sent to you from EZMove.xilinx.com. This transfer uses a secure FTP.

This secure site provides you with an e-mail type of interface which you can attach files to that only you and the Technical Support engineer can access. When the secured area is set up, you will receive an email explaining that you have a "package" waiting for you at EZMove.xilinx.com and a second email with your user credentials (if it is your first time using EZMove, or if you have not access the site recently). Follow the directions in the e-mail messages to access the files.
