Virtex-II Pro - Can the Virtex-II Pro core be run at 1.3V?

Can the Virtex-II Pro core be run at 1.3V? The data sheet would suggest otherwise, but it is a .13 micron device. Is this possible?

The PPC405 connects to the same power supply (VCCIN) as the rest of the FPGA cores. For commercial operation, this supply is specified to be 1.5V +/- 5%, which works out to be 1.425V to 1.575V. The absolute ratings are not specifications for voltage use during operation; rather, they specify how much voltage can be applied without damaging the part.
