When I attempt to create a DTS file with the SVF2DTS converter, problems with the HIR/TIR HDR/TDR commands occur.
iMPACT 4.1i and later software writes out SVF files that use the TIR/HIR TDR/HDR instructions. While these commands are perfectly valid, SVF2DTS does not recognize them.
The new Genrad flow accepts the SVF file directly, and the conversion to DTS occurs in the background. (This change in the Genrad software flow was made near the end of 2001.)
SVF2DTS is no longer the flow for Genrad. Please upgrade to the latest Genrad software if you wish to use SVF files created from version 4.1i or later Xilinx tools.
