How or where do I return my XtremeDSP development kit for repairs or replacement?
Procedure for Returning XtremeDSP Boards
If you have a problem with an XtremeDSP board that has been identified by troubleshooting, please use the following procedure:
1. Contact your Sales office/distributor where you purchased the board and ask for an exchange. Please be aware the board has to be within the 90-Day Warranty.
2. The Sales office will exchange the board and return it through their purchasing department to Xilinx.
3. If you have a problem contacting your Sales office, please talk to your local FAE. The FAE will follow the same procedure that is used to exchange a download cable (such as the Parallel IV) or to replace silicon (non-FA cases).
